Nintendo finally gave us a proper look at the art-style and gameplay for the upcomingLegend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake on Switch 2, right before announcing the November 5 release date. And now pre-orders are live on Amazon for the physical ($69.99) and digital ($59.99) editions of the game.
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time $70 (physical)
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time $60 (digital)
Nintendo is once again applying its variable pricing structure, as expected, for the new Ocarina of Time remake – the digital copy is $60 and the physical version is $70.
During the pre-order phase (or while supplies last anyway), the physical edition of the game includes a Textured Foil cover art application.
Here’s the thing though, there is actually a way to score a deal on your Ocarina of Time pre-order. Because Amazon is offering 15% offNintendo gift cardsright now, and because the game is now available for pre-order on the Nintendo store, you can leverage the discounted Nintendo credit towards your pre-order to deliver the lowest price around:
- Nintendo gift cards from $8.50 (15% off)
- Limit of two $10 cards per order, but you can buy more in separate orders
- Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Remake pre-order $60 (Digital)
- Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Remake pre-order $70 (Physical)
On top of all that, Walmart is now offering a straight up $10 off pre-orders of the physical edition:
There’s no telling how long the Textured Foil cover art version will be available, and Amazon could shut down the gift card deal at any time – you have been warned.
