The software has been in beta testing since June, and early users have generally praised it for improved speed and stability.

iOS 27 will be released to the public today, Monday, September 14. Apple confirmed that release date last week at its annual iPhone event, which saw the introduction of the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the company’s first foldable, the iPhone Duo.
However, while Apple announced iOS 27 would be released today, it did not specify the time of the release.
