Built specifically for managed service providers (MSPs), Fixify works inside MSPs’ existing professional services automation (PSA) platforms with pricing based on successfully resolved tickets.

Unlike traditional workflow automation, Fixify uses natural-language playbooks to guide AI agents through the different processes, applications, and approval requirements of each MSP customer.
