    Apple has updated its “<a href="https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair?services=service” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>Apple Service and Repair for iPhone” support page with service prices for the iPhone 18 Pro and the iPhone 18 Pro Max, revealing a pricier battery replacement. Here are the details.

    iPhone 18 Pro battery replacement is $10 more expensive

    As spotted by MacRumors, Apple’s website lists the battery service fee for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max at $129, up $10 from the $119 fee for the iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

    The $129 fee applies to out-of-warranty service. Apple notes that it will “inspect your device to determine the final service fee.”

    Here’s the full list of service fees for the iPhone 18 Pro:

    • Battery service: $129
    • Back glass damage: $159
    • Rear camera damage: $249
    • Screen damage: $329
    • Screen and back glass damage: $419
    • Other damage: $849
    • Battery service: $129
    • Back glass damage: $159
    • Rear camera damage: $249
    • Screen damage: $379
    • Screen and back glass damage: $469
    • Other damage: $899

    According to Apple’s EU tech specs for the new iPhones, the iPhone 18 Pro has a 4,056 mAh battery, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max has a 5,391 mAh battery. That’s up from 3,988 mAh and 4,823 mAh, respectively, on the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
