Live demonstrations of V-Assure AI and V-Assist will highlight validation automation and contextual user guidance within Veeva Vault

BOSTON, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Spotline Inc., a provider of AI, automation, validation, and integration solutions for life sciences, today announced that it is a Platinum Sponsor at the 2026 Veeva R&D and Quality Summit in Boston, October 20–21. Spotline will demonstrate V-Assure AI, its AI-powered validation automation platform, along with V-Assist, its digital assistant for contextual user guidance within Veeva Vault.

As life sciences organizations expand their Veeva environments, adopt more frequent release cycles, and introduce AI into regulated processes, traditional approaches to managing technology change are being challenged. Validation, testing, documentation, and user enablement must increasingly keep pace with continuous application and configuration changes without compromising quality, compliance, traceability, or human oversight.

Through V-Assure AI and V-Assist, Spotline is applying AI and automation to help organizations address both sides of technology change: assuring that evolving systems are tested and release-ready while helping users effectively adopt those changes within their daily workflows.

    Modernizing Validation and Release Readiness

Purpose-built for Veeva environments, V-Assure AI combines AI-assisted test generation and maintenance with automated test execution, evidence capture, traceability, and validation reporting. The platform complements Veeva Validation Management by extending automation into test creation and execution while helping organizations maintain validation governance and records within their broader validation and release management processes.

    • AI-assisted test generation and maintenance
    • Automated regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing
    • Automated evidence and screenshot capture
    • End-to-end traceability and audit-ready reporting
    • Native integration with Veeva Validation Management
    • Testing and validation across multiple Veeva applications

Based on Spotline production deployments, organizations have achieved validation cycle-time reductions of up to 40–50%, depending on validation scope, test reuse, application configuration, and automation coverage. V-Assure AI supports regulated Veeva environments across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Safety.

“AI is changing both the technology life sciences organizations use and how quickly that technology evolves,” said Sid Sahoo, CEO of Spotline. “The processes surrounding those systems need to evolve as well. With V-Assure AI, we’re helping customers move from highly manual validation toward a more automated and scalable model for release readiness, while keeping people responsible for the risk-based decisions and oversight that matter most.”

Extending AI to User Adoption with V-Assist

Spotline will also demonstrate V-Assist, a contextual user guidance assistant designed to accelerate user adoption and operational compliance across Veeva Vault. V-Assist complements native Vault capabilities by connecting end users to company-specific SOPs, local work instructions, and training materials directly within their daily workflows, improving process compliance and driving day-to-day productivity.

Together, V-Assure AI and V-Assist demonstrate Spotline’s broader approach to applying AI across the technology lifecycle: helping organizations manage change efficiently while enabling users to work effectively within evolving Veeva environments.

As a Platinum Sponsor, Spotline will demonstrate V-Assure AI and V-Assist during the 2026 Veeva R&D and Quality Summit.
