The supplements on your kitchen counter were probably picked out by a podcast. The ring on your finger knows exactly how badly you slept last night, though those two have never once spoken to each other.

CAROL Bike and Agen have gone and connected them. You ride the CAROL for five minutes and it logs your power and your recovery. The Agen Band on your wrist tracks your heart rate, your sleep and your steps around the clock, and the free Agen App pulls in whatever else you already wear. Then the Agen Robot on your counter uses the data and mixes your ideal set of supplements for the day into a glass the next morning, so a hard ride on four hours of sleep hands you a different capsule than an easy day on eight.

The bike itself is $2,795 and the robot will run you $499. And, the app is free.

A Robot That Doses You Before Breakfast

The Agen Robot sits on your counter and mixes your liquid supplements into a glass fresh every morning, so you won’t have to worry about your pills just going stale sitting around. It’s $499 with a one-month starter pack of cartridges included, and refill capsules start at $4 after that.

The reason you’d want this over just a typical pill organizer though, is because of what Agen’s AI does. It reads yesterday’s training load alongside yesterday’s sleep and builds the day’s protocol from both, so a hard ride on four hours of sleep gets a different set of supplements than an easy day on eight. A single device holds up to five family profiles too, so you don’t have to buy a second one for your partner.

Five Minutes on the Bike Is the Measurement

CAROL is designed for REHIT, or reduced-exertion high-intensity interval training, which is a five-minute session with two 20-second all-out sprints buried inside it. The bike’s AI sets resistance against your own output instead of a generic curve, so you’re not stuck wondering why your bike suddenly wants you trying to climb a mountain when you just started cycling last week.

Across studies covering 338 participants, REHIT produced VO2max gains of 5 to 21%, which is comparable to what people get out of far longer moderate cardio sessions. VO2max is important because it tracks with how long people live. The protocol was developed with Dr. Niels Vollaard, and CAROL cites 11 peer-reviewed studies on its own science pages.

Every ride logs your power, your recovery and your fitness age, and since all of it feeds the same profile the robot reads, the bike doubles as the measuring instrument. More than 35,000 people already own one.

One Profile Instead of Four Apps

The Agen App is free, and it connects to more than 60 apps and wearables including Apple Watch, Whoop and Oura. So the Oura ring keeps doing its job, the data lands in one place, and the AI grades each metric by how strong the evidence behind it is rather than treating every number the same.

The Agen Band is the cheap way in at $99, with no subscription attached, and it tracks heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and movement around the clock. So, pairing it with the free app gets you the measuring half of the system for under a hundred dollars.

Ulrich Dempfle, Co-founder of CAROL Bike, frames the whole thing as a chain reaction, since “REHIT proved you can get lasting health benefits in 5 minutes. With Agen, those 5 minutes now shape everything that follows: your recovery, your supplements, your next day.”

    Where To Start

The app is free and the Band is $99, which gets you the measurement side without committing to anything else. The Robot costs $499 and adds the supplements to your daily regimen. The bike, however, is $2,795 and the big ticket item, and the biggest decision point. Plenty of people have made it on the five-minute pitch alone, though. Use the bike for five minutes every day and the data you get out of it will directly improve your health in more ways than one, which means you’ll start seeing a real return, and real results, fast.

Put the whole thing together and the shelf of bottles you bought on a podcast’s say-so turns into one capsule that knows what you did yesterday.
