The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra just dropped to $799 on Amazon, and that’s a huge cut for a premium flagship phone. It’s $500 off the $1,299.99 recommended retail price, which is a 39% discount relative to RRP, and it is an all-time low by a mile.
That price makes this deal stand out right away. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is still packed with high-end hardware, including a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a titanium frame. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, with Samsung focusing on faster on-device AI performance, smooth gaming, and multitasking.
On the camera side, you’re getting a versatile setup with a 200MP main camera, dual telephoto lenses, and an ultrawide camera built for strong zoom and low-light shots. The phone also has a 5,000mAh battery that Samsung says is made for all-day endurance and extended video playback.
There’s more here than raw power, too. Galaxy AI features include Gemini integration, live assistance, transcription, and tools like Audio Eraser. You also get Gorilla Armor 2 on the front for anti-reflective and scratch-resistant protection, plus the built-in S Pen for notes, work, and other tasks that benefit from pen input.
Amazon shoppers seem happy with it as well, with the phone holding a 4.6/5 rating on Amazon. At $799, this is one of those deals that’s hard to ignore if you’ve had your eye on a top-tier Samsung phone.
