Today at 10:00 a.m. PT, Apple is expected to unveil its long-awaited MacBook Pro redesign with a touchscreen, OLED, and more. Ahead of the reveal, CEO John Ternus just posted a teaser video.
Video shows Apple logo spotlight shining on MacBook-shaped wall
Like he did ahead of the iPhone 18 Pro unveiling, Apple’s CEO has just teased the reveal of a product being announced later today. In this case, it’s the highly anticipated touchscreen MacBook Pro.
Here’s the post with video from John Ternus:
The video shows an Apple logo-shaped spotlight shining onto a rectangular wall, ultimately giving it the effect of resembling a MacBook.
Though this might be reading too much into the teaser, it’s possible the new MacBook Pro design will bring back the glowing Apple logo that previous generations had. When Ternus teased the iPhone 18 Pro, his video hinted at the new variable aperture feature.
Today’s MacBook Pro debut will mark the third straight day of new product launches. On Monday Apple launched a new iPad mini, and Tuesday brought M6 versions of the MacBook Pro and iMac.
But similar to the MacBook Neo rollout earlier this year, today will be a little more unique. While those products rolled out with press releases, Apple has gathered press in Los Angeles for the new MacBook Pro launch.
What do you think the teaser video means, if anything? Let us know in the comments.
