Amazon is currently offering a better-than-Prime Day price on the EGO Power+ 56V 16-inch Carbon Fiber Cordless Electric POWERLOAD String Trimmer with a 2.5Ah battery that is down at $204 shipped. It dropped a $279 full price to $208 for the recent Prime Day event, with things dipping $4 lower now. While it isn’t the overall lowest price we have tracked, it’s still a solid $75 markdown that lands it at the second-best rate we have seen in months. You’re getting a much more durable trimming solution with this EGO string trimmer kit, which features both a carbon fiber telescopic shaft alongside the brand’s POWERLOAD tech that allows you to “feed the trimmer line, push a button to wind, and get back to work in seconds.” With the included battery it can run for up to 45 minutes before needing to be recharged or switched out. It provides a 16-inch cutting swath, and comes with an IPX4-rated weather-resistant construction, as well as a five-year tool warranty and three-year battery warranty.
