Daou Technology’s integrated shopping mall management service Sabangnet unveiled “Sabangnet 2.0” at the 2026 Korea E-Commerce Fair, featuring significantly enhanced AI-powered seller workflow automation. Building on commerce data accumulated from integrations with approximately 700 shopping malls, the platform now offers automated product information disclosure generation and AI-assisted customer service response drafting. The goal is to reduce repetitive tasks so sellers can focus on revenue growth. Sabangnet has also expanded into customer analytics and marketing through its acquisition of WiseTracker, an AI-based personalized marketing solution, and plans to combine marketing capabilities with its existing integrated management functions to support the full spectrum of online sales operations.

The company’s vision is to boost efficiency across the entire online sales process—from product and order management to customer service—by leveraging commerce data accumulated through integrations with approximately 700 shopping malls.
The company announced on the 28th that Sabangnet participated in the “2026 Korea E-Commerce Fair” held from the 17th to the 19th at SETEC in Seoul’s Gangnam district, where it showcased the core features of “Sabangnet 2.0.” The booth theme was “Revenue Growth Strategies for Thriving Brands: Sabangnet 2.0.”
Sabangnet 2.0 is fundamentally designed to help sellers manage product, order, inventory, and shipping tasks across multiple shopping malls within a single system. The platform integrates AI to reduce repetitive work that sellers must handle manually. Key features include automated generation of product information disclosure content and AI-drafted responses to customer service (CS) inquiries.
At the event, live demonstrations, one-on-one consultations, and seminars were conducted. Attendees were shown practical ways online sellers can apply AI and data to their specific operating environments.
Sabangnet has recently been expanding into customer data analytics and marketing. The acquisition of WiseTracker, an AI-based personalized marketing solution, has strengthened its foundation for analyzing customer purchase and behavioral data and applying those insights to tailored marketing campaigns.
Going forward, the company plans to combine customer analytics and repeat-purchase marketing capabilities with its existing integrated management functions that connect shopping malls and logistics, supporting the full spectrum of online sales operations.
