Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) and Alif Semiconductor released information that the two companies have come into a definitive agreement under which ADI will acquire Alif in an all-cash transaction for $1.35 billion.
The acquisition will see the combination of ADI’s knowledge in sensing, signal processing, power, connectivity, and application software with Alif’s leading-edge digital platform to provide complete Physical Intelligence solutions.
