Ky. (WEHT) – The city of Evansville has launched the Evansville Works 4U mobile app, giving residents a way to report non-emergency concerns and stay informed about the status of their requests
Officials explain the app allows residents to submit service requests directly from their mobile devices, track progress and receive updates from the appropriate city departments. If a resident begins submitting a request for an issue that has already been reported, the app can direct them to the existing request to help prevent duplicate submissions.

“Our residents know their neighborhoods, and they often see things that need attention before
we do,” said Mayor Stephanie Terry. “The Improve Evansville app supports our efforts to
strengthen communication between the City and residents by making it easier to share
concerns. It’s another way we can stay connected with our community and work together to
keep Evansville a great place to live, work and visit.”
Officials note the app is available for download on iOS and Android devices. Residents
can also submit and track requests from a desktop computer through the city of Evansville’s
website.
