    • Google announced Pause Point for Digital Wellbeing this past May.
    • While teased as a Pixel 11 exclusive, Android 17 QPR1 started bringing Pause Point to other Pixel phones.
    • We’re now seeing it spread to OnePlus devices running Color OS 17.

For as great as smartphones are, they can just prove enormously distracting — and sometimes we need a little help saving ourselves from our own worst impulses. If you’ve found yourself embarrassed by your 20 hours a day of screen time, tools like Google’s Digital Wellbeing suite can be a huge help. Today we’re learning about a new group of users that’s just now getting access to one of Google’s latest Digital Wellbeing tools.

Google announced Pause Point in the lead-up to I/O in May, offering a short mindfulness break to snap us out of our latest app obsession. That sounded great, but a few months later we learned that Pause Point looked like it was shaping up to be a Pixel 11 exclusive. But then Google announced Android 17 QPR1, which brought Pause Point to additional Pixel phones. What about everyone else, though? Well, today we can confirm getting access to Pause Point on a OnePlus 13R running Color OS 17 beta.
