At this week’s XChange NexGen 2026 event, vendors pitched products aimed at helping MSPs monitor, govern and secure customer AI use. There were also products that promise to use AI to reduce manual labor for legal work, security investigations and documentation.
With shadow AI becoming a top issue for MSPs, some of the hottest products on display at this year’s XChange NexGen event were pitched as ways for solution providers to monitor, govern and secure how their customers are using AI.
These products included Portal26 and Kipling Secure, which offer different approaches to monitoring customer AI use and establishing AI governance policies among other things. This was also seen in Prox.ia, a new MSP tool billed as a frontend for customers to access public AI assistants such as ChatGPT in a safer way.
Then there were products that promise to use AI to reduce the amount of manual labor MSPs have to complete for legal work, security investigations and documentation. These consisted of Monjur, Wiz Defend and Trupeer.
The event in Orlando, Fla., hosted Sunday to Tuesday by CRN parent The Channel Company, also showcased products that bring together multiple security and communications capabilities for MSPs to sell to customers.
What follows are summaries of these and other hot products at XChange NexGen 2026.
Monjur Pilot
Representatives from Southlake, Texas-based Monjur used NexGen to showcase the contract intelligence platform’s Pilot AI legal assistant. Pilot promises to give users instant answers grounded in their actual contracts. Users can get questions answered and anomalies reviewed by licensed attorneys through the platform. Aimed at MSPs, the Monjur platform can draft and maintain a contract stack that integrates directly into professional services automation (PSA), quoting and document tools.
ESET Protect
Slovakia-based ESET’s NexGen appearance comes on the heels of its new all-in-one product portfolio aimed at the channel. The portfolio is designed to improve client cybersecurity postures and outcomes as AI increases attack volumes and introduces new attack surfaces.
ESET Protect aims to help solution providers scale and remain profitable with recurring revenue in the AI era. Protect breaks down into three separate tiers, and each tier also has Plus packages for email security, multifactor authentication (MFA), vulnerability management, patch management and other services.
Incite Automation
Baltimore-based Incite Automation positions its technology as a way for Microsoft solution providers to build out practices around AI development, automation and the Microsoft business products suite including the Power BI data visualization tool, SharePoint content management system (CMS) and Dynamics 365 customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite.
MSPs can leverage Incite’s support and consulting packages to build out a software development arm and generate more revenue while differentiating themselves from the other 500,000 partners in the Microsoft ecosystem and growing in verticals that seek these skills, from construction, manufacturing, government agencies and more.
OIT CloudieConnect
Solution providers looking for unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) products and services may have found something to like at the OIT booth, where company representatives touted Miami Lakes, Fla.-based OIT’s CloudieConnect platform.
Recent advancements to CloudieConnect include the ability to park live calls and pick them back up from different extensions and devices, avoiding a transfer.
Inside the application are the Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) protocols, and the app enables texting from a call history entry, among other updates.
Portal26
Los Gatos, Calif.-based Portal26’s Managed Intelligence Platform gives MSPs a way to monitor how customers use AI, identify potential security risks, establish policies and measure the business value of their AI investments.
The platform gives MSPs a way to turn AI governance into a service they can offer across their customer base, rather than treating AI oversight as a one-off consulting project.
The company is also investing in helping MSPs bring those services to market, including training to help partners sell, deploy and support AI governance offerings.
Mailprotector
Best known for its zero-trust email security technology, Greenville, S.C.-based Mailprotector takes a different approach to protecting inboxes. Its Shield platform builds communication networks around each user, helping determine which messages deserve trust instead of relying solely on traditional filtering methods.
The platform learns from users’ existing contacts and communication patterns, helping determine which messages should be trusted and which should be blocked or held for review. It combines gateway and API-based protection to provide visibility across the email lifecycle, including threats that make it into Microsoft 365 inboxes.
For MSPs, the appeal goes beyond stopping phishing attacks and malicious messages. Mailprotector is also focused on reducing the complexity of managing email security, minimizing unnecessary support tickets and making protection easier for end users. The company also offers additional tools for email filtering, encryption and security assessments.
Kipling Secure
San Jose, Calif.-based Kipling Secure looks to keep customers’ AI usage secure, visible and under control. Its AI detection and response (AIDR) platform helps MSPs discover AI applications and agents operating across customer environments, including unsanctioned tools that can expose sensitive business data.
Beyond visibility, Kipling Secure gives MSPs tools to establish AI governance policies, monitor activity and automatically block actions that violate those policies in real time. The platform also helps identify potential data exposure and provides reporting that gives customers a clearer picture of their AI-related risks.
Kipling Secure looks to help MSPs turn AI governance into a managed service they can deliver across multiple customers through a centralized, multitenant platform, creating potential new recurring revenue streams.
Wiz Defend
Wiz Defend is a cloud-native detection and response solution from Google-owned Wiz that uses a “real-time agentless approach to help protect customers from threats,” a partner solutions architect for the vendor
In detecting malicious or suspicious activity from different sources, Wiz Defend correlates the activity and compiles a case for SOC analysts to investigate.
Wiz Defend uses AI agents to reduce the manual work needed to investigate and remediate threats as well as test the defensive capabilities of a customer’s systems.
Prox.ia
Prox.ia is a SaaS platform from Palmetto, Fla.-based Veevoo that gives MSPs a way to build controls and policies around how customers use public AI assistants such as ChatGPT.
The platform, which can act as a white-label solution for MSPs, serves as the front-end interface for customers to access 20 different public AI assistants using pre-paid credits as part of a monthly or annual subscription.
MSPs can use the platform to help customers build prompts and templates based on their usage to control costs among other reasons. They can also define what kinds of information are allowed for use in customer prompts to protect sensitive data.
“What it does is helps you moderate and see what’s going out of your organization. You can funnel everything through it, and then basically write prompts associated with it, distribute them based on the rules that people have, and anonymize data too,” said LeeJay Stewart, CEO of Veevoo and managing director of Cary, Ill.-based MSP StratusComm.
Trupeer
Trupeer is a San Francisco-based SaaS platform that uses AI to help MSPs quickly create training documents and videos for a wide variety of IT workflows.
According to Trupeer sales lead Francis Sirus, the platform helps MSPs capture the “tribal knowledge that sits in most of the heads of the IT technicians, so they’ll be able to record the workflow [on a computer] or upload any existing documents and create very presentable, user-friendly videos as well as documents around it.”
These kinds of tasks can take hours to complete if done manually, Sirus said.
“With Trupeer, you’ll be able to do it within minutes,” he said.
