LONDON, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Nscale, the vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, today announced the appointment of Justin Osofsky as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Osofsky will report directly to Founder and Chief Executive Officer Josh Payne and oversee Nscale’s global operations as the company accelerates its rapid expansion.

Nscale, a British neocloud, has secured $3.36 billion in financing ahead of its IPO later this year, the company announced on Friday. Structured as a convertible note, the massive funding round underscores the staggering capital required to build out AI data centers.

Nscale, the buzzy U.K.-based AI data center startup, has appointed former OpenAI, Meta and Instacart executive Fidji Simo to its board.
