Since the start of the 2026/27 Bundesliga season, fans in the public areas of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK have been able to pass through the turnstiles contactlessly using their iPhone or Apple Watch. For the home game against Eintracht Frankfurt, this option is now being expanded to include Google Wallet. This makes visiting the stadium even more convenient for many fans with Android smartphones.

Here’s how it works with Google Wallet

Add your ticket to Google Wallet before heading to the stadium. To use contactless entry, your Android smartphone must support NFC, the NFC feature must be enabled, and the device must support Google Wallet as an NFC wallet.

At the turnstile, hold your smartphone—with the ticket stored in Google Wallet—up to the reader. There’s no need to search for the QR code or align the screen under the scanner.

Still Entering the Stadium with a QR Code

For fans without a compatible smartphone, the usual entry process remains the same: You can continue to hold your mobile ticket with a QR code under the scanner at the turnstile as before.
