New service helps businesses optimize existing iOS apps and build new foldable experiences as Apple’s first foldable iPhone
HOUSTON, Texas, October 23, 2026. Liquid Technologies (Liqteq) became one of the first firms to launch a dedicated iPhone Duo app development service. The service prepares iOS apps for Apple’s foldable iPhone, which reaches customers on October 23.
The iPhone Duo has a 5.4-inch outer display and a 7.6-inch inner display. Apps must now adapt as users open, close, rotate, and switch between screens. An app that runs on the device can still feel unfinished to the people using it.
