Prerequisites
Before you begin, verify you have:
- Administrative access to the Microsoft Entra admin center, the Microsoft identity and access management service (formerly Azure AD).
- Application Developer permissions (or higher) in your Microsoft tenant.
- Access to Amazon Quick in your AWS account.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 authentication flows. OAuth 2.0 is the industry-standard protocol that Quick uses to securely access Outlook on your behalf without storing your password. You grant specific permissions, such as reading email or managing calendars, rather than sharing credentials.
Walkthrough
This integration uses Microsoft Graph API to connect Outlook with Amazon Quick through OAuth 2.0 authentication. Configure your Outlook connector by completing the following steps.
Step 1: Add the Microsoft Outlook connector
In the Amazon Quick navigation menu, choose Connect apps and data, and then choose Connectors. Search for Outlook, and then choose Connect.

Step 2: Authorize the integration
A sign-in page appears for you to sign in with your Outlook email.
If you signed in previously with different email addresses, choose the one you want to use. For first-time configuration, choose Add account or Use another account, and then sign in with your email address and password.

Step 3: Authorize Amazon Quick to access your Outlook email
After you sign in to Outlook, choose your current Amazon Quick account to authorize Amazon Quick to access your Microsoft Outlook email.

Step 4: Check the connection status
After you authorize Outlook, the connector displays a Signed in, Ready status. (Optional) To test the connection, choose Try it.
