Use these free ChatGPT prompts to propel your personal growth

    Andy Walker / Android Authority

I’m undoubtedly one of those AI users who inundate chatbots with silly, unstructured questions, but they can be used to add valuable personal skills to your repertoire. Obviously, using them this way depends on the prompts you use, but there are platforms that’ll help you with that. A new favorite that I recently stumbled upon is AIArion.

AIArion isn’t necessarily an AI platform itself, but it houses a large collection of free ChatGPT prompts focused on helping users with personal development, productivity hacks, and other beneficial workplace skills.

AIArion is essentially a recipe book for ChatGPT. All you need to bring are the ingredients.

These prompts draw on schools of thought and various models, but what does this actually mean in practice? Well, if you want to improve your resume by integrating PAR “problem, action, result” storytelling, there’s a prompt for that. Prefer doing the same but using the CAR (challenge, action, result) method instead? There’s a prompt for that, too.

There’s a prompt to help users accelerate personal development using the GROW model, one to help boost self-esteem, another to beat procrastination, and one to help you negotiate salary increases. AIArion is essentially a recipe book for ChatGPT. All you need to bring are the ingredients.

As mentioned, the prompts listed on the site are free, and even though it suggests ChatGPT is the target chatbot, using Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, or any other bot of your choice to run these should also work without issue.

Other new AI apps and services you should know about this week

There are plenty of other great new AI apps and services out there, including:

    Gboard Rambler

    Joe Maring / Android Authority

The Pixel 11 Pro and company launched last week, bringing an upgraded chipset and its HiLight notification LED, but the more interesting announcements were on the software side, particularly its AI-powered Gemini Intelligence smarts.

One that stood out is Rambler, a new Gboard feature that transcribes and refines rambling natural language input, eventually turning it into sensible sentences that recipients will understand. It’s a nifty feature for those who find it difficult to dictate clear, concise thoughts.

Rambler, albeit a Gboard feature, is currently limited to the Pixel 11 series. Additionally, while some limited features will function offline, the full cloud capabilities are “subject to usage limits.”

If you have picked up a Pixel 11 or are still considering it, give Rambler a go, and let us know your experience in the comments below.

    Reddit Roast

Now for something a little silly.

There’s a good chance that you’ve covered significant internet ground if you owned a Reddit account for several years. Posting in various communities, garnering upvotes, and responding to others all contribute to your account’s unique identity. Well, why not get AI to “roast” it?

This tool evaluates your profile using nothing but your Reddit username and its contents. It then provides an overview of your profile and other silly details, like your profile’s “Spirit Animal,” “Weaknesses,” and “Life Motto.” You can see an example profile in the screenshot above.

Is it the best showcase of AI? Well, probably not, but it’ll likely be an entertaining tool for those who’ve spent plenty of time on Reddit.

    KnowTree

AI chatbot conversations are usually linear, with the latest prompt bookending your ongoing conversation, but KnowTree turns these chats into forking boughs, making it easy to backtrack or pick up from a previous response.

While the interface is consistent with other chatbots online, it features a useful tree on the right-hand side of the screen. Here, each prompt and response is contained within its own bubble. If you want to revisit a prompt, click it, and its response will appear in the main feed. You can then input a new prompt and form a secondary branch.

This layout is pretty brilliant when you consider that multiple models are available, provided you pay for them. GPT-5.4 Nano is the default free option, but you’ll have to fork out if you need more choices.
