The units enrolled in the beta program in South Korea seem to be the first to get it.

    TL;DR

    • Samsung has started rolling out the stable One UI 9.0 update based on Android 17 for the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra.
    • The first release is going to beta testers in South Korea, with wider availability expected in the next few days.
    • The 483.81MB update adds Quick Panel customization, DeX and Notes improvements, accessibility upgrades, a location privacy indicator, and new AI features.

There’s some great news for the owners of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. Samsung has released the stable version of One UI 9.0 (Android 17) for the three phones. It marks the end of the beta program for the new software.

Currently, Samsung is rolling it out to the units enrolled in the beta program in its home country, South Korea. The update is 483.81MB in size and carries the S91xNKSU8GZIF firmware version (viaKailash). The brand should release it in other regions over the next few days.

You can check the availability of the stable One UI 9.0 update for your Galaxy S23 series device and get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.

One UI 9.0 offers more customization options for Quick Panel, enhancements to Samsung DeX, Samsung Notes, accessibility features, location privacy indicator, and new AI features.
