Black Friday 2026: the tech deals we would actually buy (live list)

Best Buy’s first wave of early Black Friday tech deals went live on November 6, and a few of them are real price cuts on things people actually want this year. We checked every product page below on Saturday, November 7, at about 6 a.m. ET and again at about 11:30 p.m. ET, and only kept deals where the sale price was clearly shown on the product itself. This is a live list: we will update it as new deals drop and old ones end, up to Black Friday on November 27.

TechCity may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. It never decides what we recommend. We have not tested these exact units ourselves; picks are based on maker specs, Best Buy’s listings and the price math below.

    The short version

Six early Black Friday tech deals at Best Buy passed our checks on November 7, from a $329.99 TV to a $1,099 MacBook Air. Three of them are Doorbusters that end Sunday night.

    1. Samsung’s 65-inch S84H OLED TV is $899.99, $1,200 under Best Buy’s listed comparison value.
    2. The 13-inch MacBook Air with M5, 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage is $1,099, which is $200 off.
    3. Apple Watch Ultra 3 is $549, $250 off, and works only with an iPhone.
    4. The Doorbuster prices end November 8 at 11:59 p.m. Central, which is 12:59 a.m. Eastern on November 9.
    5. Prices change fast, so check the price on the product page before you pay.

How we picked these Black Friday tech deals

A deal made this list only if it met three tests on November 7: the sale price was shown on Best Buy’s own product page, the product is a current model, and the cut was big enough to matter. We left out items where the discount was not clearly tied to the product. That knocked out AirPods Pro 3, which was at its regular $249.99, and the base iPad, where only the Apple Pencil was on sale.

One thing to know before you read the savings: Best Buy shows the higher price as a “Comp. Value,” a comparison value, not always the price the item sold for last week. Our guide on how to tell if a Black Friday deal is real shows how to check price history before you buy.

All six deals at a glance

    • Samsung 65-inch S84H OLED TV: $899.99 (comparison value $2,099.99, 57% off). Doorbuster.
    • TCL 50-inch M8LF Mini LED Fire TV: $329.99 (comparison value $659.99, 50% off).
    • MacBook Air 13-inch, M5, 16GB, 512GB, Midnight: $1,099 (comparison value $1,299, 15% off). Doorbuster.
    • Apple Watch Ultra 3, GPS and Cellular, 49mm: $549 (comparison value $799, 31% off). Doorbuster.
    • Sony WH-1000XM6: $378 (comparison value $458, 17% off).
    • Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen): $359.99 (comparison value $449, 20% off).

    Samsung 65-inch S84H OLED TV, $899.99

Best for: Anyone who wants a big OLED screen for under $1,000.

This is the biggest cut on the list: $1,200 off a 2026 65-inch OLED, which works out to about $13.85 per inch of screen. OLED panels light each pixel on their own, so dark scenes look deep black instead of gray. If you have been waiting for OLED to drop under $1,000 at this size, this is that price.

The downside: Samsung’s own site does not list an S84H model page, so you cannot compare its specs side by side with Samsung’s other OLEDs before you buy. Read the spec list on the Best Buy page closely.

Skip if: you mostly watch in a very bright room with the curtains open, or you need a screen bigger than 65 inches.

    TCL 50-inch M8LF Mini LED TV, $329.99

Best for: A bedroom, a dorm or a first TV on a tight budget.

Half off a 2026 Mini LED TV for $329.99 is a strong price for a 50-inch screen. Mini LED uses thousands of tiny backlights, which helps with brightness and contrast compared with older budget LED sets. If you want help sizing a TV for your room, TechCity’s guide to the best TVs by budget covers it.

The downside: the smart features run on Amazon’s Fire TV software, so you will be signing in with an Amazon account and using Amazon’s home screen.

Skip if: you want a main living room TV for a large space, or you already have a streaming stick you love and would rather put the money into a bigger screen.

    MacBook Air 13-inch with M5, $1,099

Best for: Students and anyone replacing an older laptop who wants it to last years.

This deal is on a configuration with 16GB of memory and 512GB of storage, in Midnight. For a laptop you plan to keep for five years, extra storage is worth having, because photos, videos and apps add up faster than most people expect. TechCity’s guide to choosing a laptop that lasts five years explains why memory and storage come first.

The downside: the $200 discount is on this exact color and configuration. Other colors or memory options may still be full price, and the Doorbuster ends Sunday night.

Skip if: you need a bigger screen, more ports or Windows software.

    Apple Watch Ultra 3, $549

Best for: iPhone owners who hike, run, swim or want a watch with its own cellular connection.

$250 off brings the Ultra 3 GPS and Cellular model with the Black Ocean Band down to $549. The cellular version lets you call, text and stream without your phone nearby, once you add it to your carrier plan.

The downside: it only works with an iPhone, and cellular service on the watch is an extra monthly charge from your carrier.

Skip if: you use an Android phone, or you just want step counts and notifications, which a cheaper watch handles fine.

    Sony WH-1000XM6 headphones, $378

Best for: Commuters and frequent flyers who want strong noise cancelling.

Sony’s current flagship over-ear headphones are $80 off. If noise cancelling is the main reason you are buying, our noise cancelling headphones guide covers how they compare.

The downside: $80 off is one of the smaller cuts on this list, and the Bose pick below is $18.01 cheaper right now.

Skip if: your current pair still blocks noise well and the battery holds up.

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen), $359.99

Best for: People who want premium noise cancelling and care most about comfort on long trips.

Best Buy has the second generation QuietComfort Ultra at $359.99, about $89 under its comparison value. That makes it the cheaper of the two flagship headphones on this list today.

The downside: it and the Sony are close in price, so the right one comes down to fit on your head, which you can only judge by trying them on.

Skip if: you only need noise cancelling for the gym or a short commute. Earbuds cost less and fit in a pocket.

When these Black Friday tech deals end

The upshot: the three Doorbusters on this list, the Samsung TV, the MacBook Air and the Apple Watch, end on November 8 at 11:59 p.m. Central. If one of them is already on your list, that is the deadline.

According to Best Buy’s holiday calendar, new early deals drop every Friday, the main Black Friday sale runs for 10 days starting November 19, and Cyber Week deals run December 1 to 6. Best Buy also offers a Holiday Price Match Guarantee: if the price of something you bought drops during the season, it will match the lower price. Keep your receipt.

Before you check out, take two minutes with our guide to spotting fake Black Friday sites. Type bestbuy.com yourself rather than tapping a deal link in a text or a social media ad.

Prices and availability were checked on November 7, 2026, at about 6 a.m. ET and rechecked at about 11:30 p.m. ET. Prices change fast; the price on Best Buy’s product page when you buy is the one that counts.
