Amazon’s Prime membership comes with loads of perks, not the least of which is access to its massive Prime Day deals and free delivery. However, it has just announced a new partnership with Uber Eats – “Prime members nationwide can now order from Uber Eats directly on Amazon” with $0 Delivery Fees.
As part of the new partnership with Uber Eats, Amazon is now offering its Prime members $0 delivery fees on “Uber Eats restaurant orders of $25 or more when ordering right on Amazon.”
This new offer is live starting today nationwide, according to today’s official announcement.
Prime members will not need a new app or Uber Eats account to take advantage here, Amazon says you can simply just search “Uber Eats” on Amazon to “browse restaurants and place an order.”
- To activate, log in with existing Amazon credentials
- Browse from nearby restaurants
- Then place an order with existing Amazon payment methods
Amazon will send email and push notifications with updates on delivery status, and then Uber Eats will send a final order confirmation
The new partnership gives Prime members access to Uber Eats’ vast selection of hundreds of thousands of restaurants nationwide, reaching nearly every household in the U.S. In addition to $0 Delivery Fees, members can also look forward to Prime-exclusive offers available only on Amazon, potentially saving more than $175 per year
I don’t know about you, but I hate those Uber Eats delivery fees, so this sounds like great news to me. And to celebrate the launch of the new partnership members can get started with $20 off each of their first two Uber Eats orders of $25 or more for the first 14 days.
