We all likely know that one person who always has some fun new gadget they need to show you when you stop by their home. (Well, if you clicked on this gift guide, I’m assuming you definitely do!) That person can be incredibly hard to shop for, but I tried to cover all kinds of ground here, from someone who has every kitchen gadget known to man to someone who loves to build things, and so many other types of gadget-lovers in between! But at the very least, every household should probably have a Battery Daddy.
1.A battery case and tester can slide into a drawer or on a shelf so they can point anyone in the direction of it next time one of their [redacted number] gadgets that runs on batteries loses steam. It’ll also help ’em figure out when next to go battery shopping.

Includes a removable battery tester that doesn’t require a battery. Holds up to 93 batteries of various sizes.
Promising <a href="https://myappsplus.com/tcl-c7l-review-one-of-the-best-value-tvs-youll-find-this-year/” title=”TCL C7L review: one of the best value TVs you'll find this year”>review: “Okay, so I’ve seen these things in a store. I always thought they were kind of dumb and a waste of money. Let me tell you, this thing is AMAZING! We now own several of them. Holds AA, AAA, D, C, and even has a convenient little spot for the circle batteries. It’s so nice not having a junk drawer or tub of batteries to sift through. If you love organization, you NEED to buy this. I didn’t even know it came with a battery tester, that’s pretty dang cool too, and it actually works. Love the clear design lid so you can see through to see what you are running low on. Keeps the batteries safe from water or other stuff getting all over them, too. 10/10 recommend!” —Patrick Ferrari

To the untrained eye, this diffuser looks like a regular candle. But they won’t have to worry about burning through it or stepping out of the room. Oh, and it includes essential oils. The works!

According to Johns Hopkins, you may want to avoid diffusing oils around larger groups and young children because of the side effects of different oils. You may also want to avoid using an oil diffuser around pets with breathing problems, according to the ASPCA.
This diffuser comes with two scents that vary by candle color, but you can try more scents on Lifeline’s product page!
Promising review:”I really love this diffuser! I have three in my house. It’s a great alternative if you can’t or don’t want to use real candles, and it actually looks really nice sitting out. It works surprisingly well, too — the scent definitely carries through the room and makes the space smell better.”

The dial-a-lumen brightness wheel saves battery by allowing you to pick exactly how much light you need fast, and the selectable multicolor LED mode is so handy! Use it as a travel light, swivel the clip for attaching to a shirt pocket or the brim of a cap, use the color wheel secretion to perfectly light your face during video calls, use the red and amber safety flasher mode while riding rental bikes or scooters, or place the magnetic base on the hood of your car for hands-free light for auto work.” —Chris M.

There isn’t a backlight for the screen, so you have to have light in the room to see it. The battery lasts about a week between charges, with the time updating every minute, and there really seems to be a quote for every minute of the day. It’s really well-made, the wooden body and brass accents look very elegant, and it gets people’s attention when they see it, so it makes a good conversation piece. Overall, I really enjoy it. 40.A fancy-schmancy Levo II can infuse all kinds of yummy liquids and ingredients to level up someone’s cooking who seemingly already has every kitchen gadget. This contraption holds up to two pounds of oil or butter so they can get to work at scale.

All you have to do is fill the herb pod, set your dry or activation cycle, add oil or butter, set your infuse cycle, dispense, and enjoy!
Promising review: “Although it was a little over a month wait for my Levo II to come in, it has been one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever purchased. Speedy infusions and tasty creations. I will always brag on how much I love my Levo and continue to recommend it to my friends and family members for years to come. ❤️ Thank you Levo!”
Get it from Levo Oil for $329.99+ (available in six colors).
41.A teeny, tiny DeWalt speaker that’ll easily clip to their clothing and provide some tunes while they’re running, DIY-ing around the house, or at their outdoor job that’s in desperate need of a fun soundtrack.

It has an easy-open clip for one-handed operation, weighs less than 2 oz, and is rated IP56 for dust and water resistance.
Promising review:“I’ve been using this speaker for about four months, almost daily or at least 3–5 days a week, and it has become one of my go-to speakers. I primarily use it while running outdoors, but I also use it around the house while doing chores, so it gets a lot of regular use.
The size and volume are the two things I like most about it. I run along a very busy street, and I’m able to hear my music clearly even with all the surrounding traffic noise. The volume gets loud enough for outdoor use without needing to carry around a larger.”
42.A Fujifilm Instax instant film camera for some instant gratification when it comes to capturing memories…but with a lot less guessing because it comes with a built-in selfie mirror. Sure, a selfie with the top third of your heads cut off could be deemed more “authentic” by some, but it won’t be a good use of film!

It comes with a hand strap, two AA batteries, and a one-year limited warranty. Be sure to snag some Instax Mini film (or choose one of the bundles that comes with it) so they can instantly get to snapping pics!
Promising review: “Sick instant camera. Easy to use and prints great pictures. Easy on and off button and close up. Has a selfie mirror in the front small enough. The quality of the printouts is great and has an app to download pictures. Great price point. 10/10.”
Get it from Amazon for $99 (also available in bundles with film).
