Saving £100 on a headset means more when it also comes with a Hi-Res certified DAC and amplifier.
Both arrive with the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro for Xbox, which has dropped from its £249.99 RRP to £149.99 at Amazon in a limited-time deal, cutting £100 off the price for a 40% saving on the full headset and GameDAC Gen 2 setup.
One premium headset for Xbox, PC and Switch is now £100 cheaper
Offering a Hi-Res certified DAC and 360° Spatial Audio, the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro for Xbox is now down to £149.99, a 40% saving.
Spending £149.99 on this setup also means there’s no separate amplifier to budget for later, because the GameDAC Gen 2 already handles amplification, input switching and audio settings from one unit that sits right beside your keyboard or console.
Sitting between your machines is where the GameDAC Gen 2 earns its place. Dual USB connections let you plug in an Xbox and a PC, PlayStation or Switch at once, then flip between them with a single button press instead of crawling behind the desk to swap cables.
Whichever system is feeding it, the GameDAC Gen 2 lifts game audio to 96kHz/24-bit with a 78% purer signal than the first-generation GameDAC, so the creak of a floorboard or a distant reload comes through with real detail.
Hearing that detail is one thing, but shaping it is where the Pro-grade Parametric EQ in Sonar Software comes in, letting you quieten chatty teammates, raise specific sound cues and load built-in game presets for an instant edge in competitive matches.
Those cues gain direction through 360° Spatial Audio, which works with Microsoft Spatial Sound on Xbox and Tempest 3D Audio on PS5, placing footsteps and gunfire around you so the Arctis Nova Pro for Xbox tells you where trouble is coming from.

Staying alert to that trouble across a long session is easier thanks to the ComfortMAX system, which pairs height-adjustable rotating earcups with a flexible suspension band and a glasses-friendly build, so you can keep playing late into the night without constantly readjusting the fit.
Players who game into the night across Xbox and PC, PlayStation or Switch get the most from the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro for Xbox, and with £100 off its £249.99 RRP, it’s a tempting buy.
