We used the smartwatch as part of our daily routine to see how these features work in real-world use rather than looking at the specifications alone.The 1.7-inch AMOLED display is one of the highlights. Colours look vibrant, and the AMOLED panel makes the interface and watch faces look sharp. The display also gets bright enough for regular indoor use and remains reasonably visible outdoors. The touchscreen felt responsive during our use, whether we were moving between menus, checking notifications or changing watch faces.The watch supports Bluetooth calling, which is useful when you want to answer calls without reaching for your phone. During our use, the feature was convenient for short calls, although the overall experience will naturally depend on how close the connected smartphone is and the surrounding environment.For fitness tracking, the Chrome Ivory offers 100+ sports modes, covering activities ranging from walking and running to other workouts. This gives users plenty of options to record different types of exercise. The AMOLED display, comfortable design, Bluetooth calling and wide range of fitness features make it suitable for regular use.The 1.7-inch AMOLED display is one of its stronger points, while support for 100+ sports modes gives users plenty of options for tracking workouts. Features such as health monitoring and Bluetooth calling also add to its everyday usefulness.However, the Chrome Ivory is not trying to be a dedicated fitness watch or a premium smartwatch. Its appeal lies more in bringing together the basics most users expect, along with a design that can work as an everyday accessory.For someone looking for a stylish smartwatch under Rs 6,000 with an AMOLED display, calling and a broad set of fitness features, the Boat Chrome Ivory offers a well-rounded package.
