Apple recently released an updated version of its Magic Keyboard, but the largely identical previous-gen model is seeing a notable and quite rare discount today at Amazon.
The new 2026 model Magic Keyboard appears to be exactly the same thing as the previous USB-C model, save for the now removed text on some of the function keys – Apple has replaced text on the shift, tab, caps lock, and more in favor of glyphs.
The classic white variant carries the same $180 list price, but you can score the now previous model Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypaddown at $149.99 shipped. This is within $5 or so of the lowest price we have ever tracked at Amazon.
That might not seem like a giant deal, and folks who prefer the cleaner text-free keys on the new one might rather drop the extra $30, and understandably so. But deals on Magic accessories have been largely slight rare historically speaking and we wanted to make sure this potentially 1 day-only deal was on the radar for folks looking to land the lowest price out there on a new condition USB-C Magic Keyboard.
This deal is also live as part of the Best Buy Deals of the Day today, which suggests Amazon is just price matching over the next 24 hours.
