Plans for a two-storey school building and a Traveller site are among the latest applications submitted to Maidstone council.
A new classroom block is proposed at the School of Science and Technology (SST) in New Cut Road, Weavering.
The prior notification application will make way for eight teaching rooms, an office, storage, a plant room, toilet facilities, a lift and two staircases.
Elsewhere, on land west of Benover Road, Yalding, permission is sought for a Gypsy and Traveller site.
The plans feature a change of use of the land for three static homes and three touring caravans with associated hardstanding and soft landscaping.
At Mansion House Barns, Crumps Lane, Ulcombe, two agricultural buildings could be converted into a new home.
The application also involves the demolition of a cowshed and bullpen for the construction of a detached car barn or annexe, associated parking and amenity garden.
And in Ashford Road, Maidstone, conservation repairs are proposed to a Grade II-listed building.
Permission is sought for works at Wellington House in Ashford Road, including repairs to brickwork and stonework, the timber sash windows, as well as crack stitching and lime mortar repointing.
Other planning applications submitted include:

– Submission of a biodiversity gain plan and details for the M20 Service Station at Junction 8, plus non-material amendment involving the formation of hardstanding for HGV parking, erection of a shower block extension and reconfiguration of the approved scheme
– Submission of details at Gladwish Farm, Gladwish Lodge, Headcorn Road, Sutton Valence
– Submission of a biodiversity gain plan for land east of Albion Road and north of Copper Lane, Marden
– Submission of details at Whiteways Farm, Hermitage Lane, Boughton Monchelsea
– Listed building consent for a timber span marquee at The Tickled Trout Public House, Lower Road, West Farleigh
– Submission of details at land east of Albion Road and north of Copper Lane, Marden
– Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations, including new floor, ceiling and wall finishes and new signage at 10 Knightrider Street, Maidstone
– Submission of details at Kent Medical Campus and Newnham Court Shopping Village, Newnham Court Way, Weavering
– Submission of details at Tilmangate House, Windmill Hill, Ulcombe
– Tree Preservation Order application for an oak at 13 Kings Acre, Downswood
– Submission of a method statement relating to Kent County Council Sessions House, County Road, Maidstone
– Single-storey rear extension including three rooflights at 169 Sutton Road, Maidstone
– Listed Building Consent to replace the front and rear doors with hardwood and glazing panels and replace 16 windows at Auckland Barn, Oast Court, Yalding
– Section 73 application at 101 Milton Street, Maidstone
– Submission of a biodiversity gain plan for units F and G, Integra, Bircholt Road, Maidstone
– Conversion of a garage into accommodation ancillary to the main home at 37 Sevington Park, Maidstone
– Lawful Development Certificate for the proposed siting of one mobile home at Pond Cottage, Darman Lane, Laddingford
