Salesforce reported fiscal Q2 2027total revenue of $11.3 billion, up 11% year over year. Subscription and support revenue was $10.8 billion, up 12% year over year. This includes a $440 million contribution fromInformaticawhichSalesforce acquired for $8 billionin 2025.

Of that subscription and support revenue, Salesforce said that Agentforce Apps generated $7.2 billion, up 8% year over year, and Data 360, Headless Platform and Other generated $3.6 billion, up 20% year over year.Salesforce’s Investor Deck, slide 18, shows how the company has updated its “disaggregated revenue” categories. For example, Agentforce Apps now includes Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Slack andFlex Credits.

During the call,Salesforce and Anthropic debuted Claudeforce, a partnership that begins with Salesforce in Claude, a plugin for Claude that provides prebuilt sales skills for humans and AI agents. In short, users can conversationally query Salesforce while in Claude Cowork to access “all the value out of Salesforce that has been trapped,” said Marc Benioff, chair, CEO, and co-founder, Salesforce, duringthe earnings call.
Claudeforce runs on top of Salesforce “ng you to build custom apps dynamically and answer any enterprise question,” said Benioff in the announcement
AIforce, Salesforce’s enterprise harness, helps make Claudeforce possible. An agentic AI harness “serves as a translator or connector between the raw performance of the AI models and the real-world applications in a business environment,” per a recentSalesforce blog post. If the LLM-powered agent is the ox, then the harness is all the gear and expertise required to keep that ox plowing safely and in straight lines.
Salesforce in Claude is available to select pilot customers now and expects to launch in open beta in September. Salesforce in Claude debuts with 37 prebuilt skills; more will launch later this year.
