People in Kyiv and elsewhere in Ukraine received false warnings of radiation, chemical danger and street fighting through Air Alert, a smartphone application used to warn civilians about attacks. One message also falsely claimed that Russia’s Oreshnik missile had been deployed. Ukraine’s Air Force said there was no radiation threat.
