Netcall plc (LSE:NET) has announced a collaboration with Box, Inc. to integrate intelligent content management with its Jadu digital services platform, enabling organisations to develop secure, AI-powered customer and employee services.
The partnership introduces a new integration suite connecting Jadu directly with enterprise content stored and managed within Box, allowing businesses and public sector organisations to automate workflows and deliver digital services without transferring or duplicating information.
Integration Combines AI Automation and Content Management
The integration will enable organisations to create self-service portals, applications, service requests and personalised digital experiences using enterprise content securely managed through Box.
Potential applications include citizen services, student engagement, regulatory compliance, employee onboarding, records management and case management.
Collaboration Supports International Expansion
Netcall said the agreement strengthens its position in the AI-powered automation market and provides opportunities to extend its digital services offering to additional organisations and international markets.
Chief Executive James Ormondroyd said the integration would allow customers to deploy services connecting people, processes and enterprise content without the complexity of relocating or duplicating information.
“Organisations need to put trusted content to work in digital services and AI with security at the core of how that content is managed,” Ormondroyd said.
Jamie Young Perlman, Vice President of Global GTM Partnerships at Box, said the collaboration would help organisations incorporate trusted enterprise information into automated workflows while retaining existing security and governance controls.
The announcement did not disclose financial terms or provide revenue forecasts associated with the collaboration.
