Those versions focused on Reels arranged into interest-based channels, with videos playing automatically. The Apple TV app also lists longer videos and live shows, reflecting Instagram’s broader ambitions beyond short clips.

Getting started is straightforward: find Instagram in the Apple TV App Store and install it. The app requires tvOS 26.0 or later, so older software may need an update before the Reels marathon can begin.
