Blackview recently listed the Zeno 6 and officially announced the Zeno 6 Pro. The company has now unveiled the Zeno 2, a compact tablet designed for reading and everyday use.

The Zeno 2 has an 8.68-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1,340 × 800 pixels. Blackview lists an 85% screen-to-body ratio and a 4.27mm bezel. The display supports reading mode, dark mode and night light, and has TÜV SÜD low-blue-light certification.

The tablet uses a Unisoc Tiger T310 processor with four cores clocked at up to 2.0GHz, paired with a PowerVR GE8300 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. A microSD card slot supports cards with capacities of up to 2TB.

The display has the same resolution as that of the Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE 8.7, which we reviewed. However, Xiaomi’s tablet uses a MediaTek Helio G85 processorinstead of the Unisoc.

The Zeno 2 runs Android 16 and includes Split Screen 2.0, which allows users to display two apps simultaneously. Blackview also preinstalls WPS Office for working with documents, spreadsheets and presentations.

Blackview lists Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity but has not confirmed whether a cellular version will be available.

The Zeno 2 has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Other features include dual speakers, a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Users can unlock the device with face recognition. Its IP54 rating provides protection against dust and water splashes.

It measures 212.94 × 125.58 × 8.5mm (8.38 × 4.94 × 0.33 inches) and weighs 332g (11.71oz). Its 5,000mAh battery is rated for up to 5.5 hours of video playback, six hours of web browsing and five hours of gaming. Blackview also claims up to 480 hours of standby time.

The Blackview Zeno 6 has an 11-inch, 2,300 × 1,600-pixel display and a Unisoc T7300 processor, making it a larger alternative to the Zeno 2.

Blackview lists the Zeno 2 in Midnight Black, Glacier Blue and Mint Green. The company has not announced its price or a specific retail release date. Availability in individual markets has not been confirmed.
