Comfygen Technologies, a mobile and blockchain app development company, announced AI-based logistics automation for the courier delivery platforms it builds. The update covers dispatch, routing, delivery time estimates, payment checks and proof of delivery, and is aimed at courier companies, freight operators and last-mile delivery businesses.
Many courier teams still assign drivers over phone calls, plan multi-stop routes by hand and settle delivery disputes through photos sent on chat. These habits slow deliveries and add cost as order volume grows. Comfygen’s AI-based courier apps move those tasks into the platform itself.
What the platform now automates
Smart dispatch: assigns the nearest available driver based on location, load capacity and availability.
Route optimization: adjusts routes in real time to avoid congestion, including on multi-stop runs.
Predictive delivery estimates: reads past delivery data, traffic patterns and demand cycles to show customers a reliable ETA before they book.
Fraud detection: flags suspicious transactions as they happen.
Proof-of-delivery checks: reads delivery photos and digital signatures automatically, which cuts disputes and speeds up reconciliation.
Dynamic pricing: applies zone-based, demand-sensitive rates without manual rate card updates.
Demand for this kind of software is growing. SNS Insider values the global logistics software market at $17.82 billion in 2025 and projects it to reach $35.84 billion by 2033. Coherent Market Insights expects the courier software market to reach $26.7 billion by 2032, as businesses adopt AI dispatch and real-time tracking.
“Courier businesses do not need more screens. They need fewer manual decisions during the day,” said Saddam Husen, CTO at Comfygen Technologies. “When dispatch, routing and delivery checks run inside the app, dispatchers spend less time on calls and drivers spend more time delivering. We build these features into the first version of the platform, not as an add-on later.”
Comfygen’s courier delivery app development services cover on-demand courier apps, parcel delivery apps, freight and haulage apps, online courier marketplaces and enterprise platforms. White-label buyers receive fullustomers, drivers and admins, with live GPS tracking and multiple payment options
For larger operations, Comfygen’s logistics app development work extends to fleet management, last-mile delivery, transport management systems, and ERP integration with SAP, Oracle, Tally, and Zoho. Pricing is milestone-based, and an advanced courier platform with AI features is typically built in 14 to 20 weeks.
Courier and logistics companies can book a consultation with the Comfygen team through the company website.
