Honor has officially shown off MagicOS 11, its Android 17 update that couldn’t be more filled with Liquid Glass if it tried, while also detailing a huge list of devices set to be updated.

We’ve seen it beforein teasers, but Honor has just officially detailed its Android 17 update, MagicOS 11, in posts on Weibo. A video, below, shows off the new design language which is a blatant copy of Apple’s Liquid Glass.

The promo video has several shots that one would absolutely think they’re just looking at an Apple ad – the similarities are that obvious.

As GSMArenanotes, Honor showed this off during its developer conference where the company also discussed its Luminous and Hummingbird base architectures which keep the whole experience fast and fluid. According to Honor, MagicOS 11’s animations are about 20% faster despite the added visual flair. Honor’s “Yoyo” AI assistant (available in China) has also been upgraded with more AI integrations and, apparently, the ability to handle workflows up to 100 steps.

Honor confirmed a list of devices eligible for the MagicOS 11 beta and, in turn, the eventual stable Android 17 update. Over a dozen devices are already eligible, with more to be added over the course of October and November. The list (translated) includes:
