ACR Advances Enterprise AI Strategy with Successful qBotica Automation Launch

AI-powered solution delivers a 99%+ transaction success rate across four ACR companies while creating a foundation for broader enterprise adoption

PHOENIX, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ACR (AmerCareRoyal, LLC), a leading provider of foodservice essentials and operational supplies, and qBotica, a global AI and automation company, today announced the successful production launch and stabilization of an AI-powered automation solution supporting ACR’s business operations.

Since going live on July 20, 2026, the solution has processed almost 5,000 transactions with a success rate exceeding 99%. It is now operating across four companies within ACR while maintaining business continuity. The solution brings together intelligent automation, business rules, validation controls and AI-assisted recovery to process transactions consistently and reliably. It also gives ACR a flexible foundation designed to scale across additional workflows, transaction types and areas of the business.

One of the solution’s most innovative capabilities is an AI-powered Healing Agent enabled by qBotica. When the automation encounters common disruptions, such as interface changes, unexpected pop-ups or timing issues, the agent analyzes the situation and helps determine the appropriate recovery action. Instead of simply stopping when something changes, the automation has an added layer of intelligence to help it recover, improving resilience while reducing interruptions and the need for manual intervention.

“By automating repetitive data entry and validation, we are reducing processing times, increasing volume and improving accuracy,” said Kelly Kidd, Accounts Receivable Manager at ACR. “The solution also allows us to process credits at a precise purchase-order and ship-to level, strengthening data integrity and helping us identify bottlenecks by location, credit type and other key factors. Most importantly, it gives our team more time to focus on analysis and higher-value work.”

“Enterprise AI earns the right to scale when it delivers measurable results reliably in a live operating environment,” said Thai Vong, Chief Information Officer at ACR. “This launch reflects ACR’s approach to transformation: pairing intelligent automation with strong governance, operational resilience and internal capability. It gives us a proven foundation to expand responsibly and create sustained value across the enterprise.”

The implementation is part of ACR’s broader enterprise AI strategy, led by Chief Information Officer Thai Vong, to apply AI and automation across high-volume business operations. With the initial solution successfully stabilized, ACR and qBotica can build upon this foundation to support additional transaction types, introduce more intelligent exception management and connect increasingly complex workflows across multiple enterprise systems.
