In its quest to improve agent efficiency and help them offload more of their day-to-day busywork, The Real Brokerage is rolling out a significantly expanded version of an artificial intelligence tool the firm introduced in 2023.
During its annual conference in Las Vegas this week, the brokerage unveiled Leo Pro, the next generation of its AI platform built to take the “operational burden off agents shoulders” so they can focus on clients and business decisions, Tamir Poleg, CEO of Real REMAX Group, said in the announcement.
Marketing and lead-management upgrades: Among its new capabilities, Leo Pro can turn property photos into video tours, create social media content and develop customized promotional materials, according to the brokerage.
With its CRM integration, Leo Pro can surface contacts that are more likely to act soon, initiate follow-ups with cold leads or prospects, and send texts to potential buyer clients with listings that fit the requirements they gave to the agent.
Agents also have the option to use the tool’s AI Builder to create their own AI agents or select from a library of existing agents.
Previous versions of the technology included Leo 2.0, which was largely an agent support tool, and Leo CoPilot, described at its 2024 launch as “an agent command center.”
Automating day-to-day tasks: Prior to the announcement, Chief Technology Officer Pritesh Damani demonstrated the the latest iteration of Leo, noting that it was designed to provide a conversational experience allowing agents to ask questions and check in for updates.
Damani believes there will come a time when at least 80% of real estate operational work will be automated, but that won’t diminish an agent’s value, he emphasized.
“At the end of the day, the emotional connection that a real estate agent has is not replaceable. All Leo Pro is doing is giving them time back, and honestly, money back too,” Damani said.
Leo Pro will first be rolled out to Real Brokerage agents, followed by REMAX agents. Damani noted that REMAX, which Real acquired earlier this year, needed a little more time to get its franchisees, broker/owners and agents set up with the platform.
Other tech releases: During the Oct. 20 session, Real announced two other tech updates.

Referral Central is a new tool that streamlines the referral process by helping agents find other Real agents who best match their clients’ needs and then sends a referral agreement. “Referrals are one of the most important ways agents can build their businesses while helping other agents in the Real network serve their clients, and Referral Central makes that process easier and more secure,” said Jenna Rozenblat, president of Real REMAX Group.
